Leads business intelligence, analytics strategy, data governance, reporting, and predictive modeling across senior living and hotel real estate portfolios. Partners with executive leadership, asset management, finance, IT, and third-party operators to improve occupancy, pricing, expenses, capital allocation, valuations, and portfolio returns. Oversees dashboards, standardized reporting, data integrity, self-service analytics, investor and board materials, external data vendors, and a high-performing analytics team.
