Supports Commercial Transportation sales by contacting prospects and current customers, qualifying producer leads, tracking opportunities in CRM, conducting follow-ups, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating conventions and events, and collaborating with underwriting and marketing teams. Develops knowledge of transportation insurance products and target markets while helping maintain producer relationships and repeat business.

Provides front-line operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers, and policyholders. Responds to inquiries through phone, chat, and email; researches answers; maintains accurate interaction records; prepares quotes; and binds insurance coverage aligned with customer needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills. A high school diploma is typically required, with a property and casualty insurance license preferred initially but required within three months for Agency Operations.

Designs, builds, and optimizes scalable end-to-end data pipelines and curated data products using Snowflake, SQL, and Python. Translates business needs into reliable technical solutions, ensuring data quality, governance, performance, and cost efficiency. Troubleshoots complex issues, contributes to architectural decisions, uses AI-assisted engineering tools, and collaborates with engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders. The role also includes code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and influencing data engineering best practices.
