Develops scalable processes, training, SOPs, and succession plans while advancing lean manufacturing, warehouse systems, barcode/RFID, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports the development, implementation, documentation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for modular power and data center products. Responsibilities include DFM/DFMA collaboration, assembly sequencing, tooling and fixture development, ERP BOM and routing maintenance, lean initiatives, process documentation, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and pilot build validation. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to improve safety, quality, yield, and production efficiency.

Develop and maintain 3D models, product drawings, and electrical layouts for fabrication, purchasing, assembly, and production. Incorporate engineering bills of materials, change notices, redlines, and as-built information into design revisions. Collaborate with project, engineering, sales, operations, procurement, and customer teams to create production-ready designs, conduct peer reviews, meet documentation standards, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Lead sales growth for advanced water treatment and fabrication projects, focusing on data centers and other business-critical infrastructure. Identify prospects, develop strategic accounts, manage the CRM sales funnel, prepare and negotiate proposals, provide technical consultation, forecast business, and maintain customer relationships through project completion. The role requires strong knowledge of advanced fabrication, digital infrastructure, and complex mechanical and logistics information, along with frequent customer and facility engagement.

Leads RK’s reporting and analytics strategy, delivery, governance, and Citizen BI program. Designs and develops Power BI, SQL Azure, Microsoft Fabric, semantic model, and data platform solutions; translates stakeholder needs into scalable implementations; mentors developers; establishes standards, training, security, and data quality practices; and presents technical recommendations to executive and non-technical audiences. The role is hands-on, owning initiatives from discovery through deployment and adoption while partnering with the Senior Reporting Architect.

Leads pipe systems design and BIM modeling for construction and prefabrication projects. Reviews contract documents, constructability, shop drawings, and fabrication models; directs quality control and material optimization; collaborates with preconstruction, project management, field, VDC/BIM, and manufacturing teams; and trains staff on trade methods, safety, and best practices. The role also oversees productivity, schedules, budgets, inventory, corrective actions, and continuous workflow improvements.
