Coordinate inbound material receiving, supplier deliveries, purchase order accuracy, back-order tracking, and warehouse documentation. Reconcile receipts, discrepancies, damaged or incorrect materials, open purchase orders, and inventory records. Prepare shipping documents, communicate status updates to Purchasing and Operations, coordinate returns and freight claims, support cycle counts and audits, and maintain transaction records in company systems. The role also prioritizes materials for active work orders and helps improve receiving processes.

Fabricates HVAC ductwork and custom sheet metal components by interpreting drawings, operating fabrication machinery, performing layout, cutting, bending, fastening, inspecting, and handling materials. Maintains equipment, documents product compliance and time records, supports production tracking, communicates order status, and assists with training. The role requires safe work practices in demanding shop and jobsite environments, including lifting materials and working in confined, elevated, noisy, dusty, and hazardous areas.

Conducts jobsite safety inspections, orientations, incident investigations, and safety training across construction projects. Identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, verifies OSHA and site-specific compliance, develops training and safety standards, supports claims and clinic visits, and mentors crews, subcontractors, and vendors on safe work practices. The role promotes RK’s safety culture and helps prevent injuries, incidents, and environmental damage.
