Processes and applies customer payments across multiple ERP systems, researches unapplied cash and payment discrepancies, reconciles cash receipts with bank activity, monitors AR clearing and suspense accounts, and maintains accurate customer balances and documentation. Collaborates with project managers, customers, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve missing information, deductions, short payments, overpayments, and potential write-offs.

Provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars, travel, meetings, events, correspondence, confidential information, records, expenses, and personal arrangements. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while managing competing priorities independently.

Processes vendor invoices, prepares payments, matches invoices to purchase orders, verifies coding and approvals, reconciles vendor statements, and handles employee expense claims. The role calculates Colorado sales and use taxes, monitors the accounts payable inbox, resolves discrepancies with purchasing and project teams, responds to vendor inquiries, maintains accurate confidential records, and supports the full accounts payable cycle.
