Lead and oversee the Project Management team, mentor PMs and PEs, ensure operational and financial performance, manage client relations, participate in preconstruction through closeout, oversee project financials and contingency, support RFPs and company initiatives, promote safety, and represent RJM externally.

Serve as the welcoming face of the company by managing reception, phone screening, hospitality, and office appearance. Provide administrative support (mail, filing, scheduling, supplies), assist internal communications and events, oversee the company online store, and liaise with vendors while protecting confidential information and promoting a positive office experience.

Provide first-line remote and on-site technical support across phone, chat, and ticketing. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and A/V systems; troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, networking, and VTC; manage tickets to SLAs; document solutions and support IT projects and off-site maintenance.

Lead and implement company-wide construction safety program: develop policies, KPIs and training; ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance; conduct inspections and incident investigations; manage safety staff, budgets, claims, and contractor interactions; promote a whole-person safety culture.
