Leads RJM Construction’s IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, operations, cybersecurity policies, technology projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and IT staff. Advises senior leadership, translates business needs into technology solutions, oversees Microsoft device platforms and business applications, supports integrations and upgrades, and develops processes, measurement tools, training, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Leads RJM’s project management department across commercial construction and service teams. Responsibilities include developing project management leaders, overseeing delivery quality and client outcomes, improving processes and systems, managing departmental P&L and forecasting, resolving escalated project issues, balancing workloads, and contributing to strategic organizational planning. The role also supports service department growth and requires strong financial, operational, and client relationship leadership.

Lead and implement company-wide construction safety program: develop policies, KPIs and training; ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance; conduct inspections and incident investigations; manage safety staff, budgets, claims, and contractor interactions; promote a whole-person safety culture.

Lead cross-functional integration from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing estimating, MEP, QA/QC, and VDC teams. Drive process standardization, performance metrics, client satisfaction, staffing, and strategic initiatives to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance administration, and claims programs for construction projects. Develop policies, controls, and training; manage SDI and Builders Risk programs; oversee COI compliance; coordinate claims investigations and carrier communications; analyze loss data and prepare leadership reports; partner with project, safety, HR, legal, and finance teams to mitigate risk and support operational objectives.
