Lead construction projects from estimating through closeout: manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontracting, RFIs, change orders, client relations, safety, and mentor project staff to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Support project managers and superintendents in construction project administration: contract drafting, budget and cost tracking, procurement, submittal and RFI management, scheduling, site documentation, closeout tasks, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

Lead and oversee the Project Management team, mentor PMs and PEs, ensure operational and financial performance, manage client relations, participate in preconstruction through closeout, oversee project financials and contingency, support RFPs and company initiatives, promote safety, and represent RJM externally.
