Supports commercial construction project managers with project lifecycle activities, including reviewing plans, coordinating stakeholders, attending meetings, updating schedules and as-built documents, conducting jobsite safety walkthroughs, coordinating material deliveries, and assisting with project closeout. Requires pursuit of a construction management degree, construction knowledge, plan-reading ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft applications, Bluebeam, and Viewpoint Software.

Supports the preconstruction team by analyzing plans and specifications, soliciting subcontractor bids, performing quantity takeoffs, researching pricing, preparing estimate worksheets, reconciling costs, communicating with project stakeholders, and assisting with estimate closeout tasks.

Supports construction safety leadership through jobsite audits, hazard identification, safety program development, compliance enforcement, training, recordkeeping, data tracking, and project team support. Builds relationships with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers, assists with site-specific safety planning, escalates noncompliance, and promotes a positive safety culture across multiple construction projects.
