Responsibilities include application architecture, full-stack development, microservices and event-driven systems, production troubleshooting, monitoring, testing, CI/CD, technical strategy, code reviews, and mentoring. The role partners with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to improve platform reliability, maintainability, performance, and engineering standards.

Administer and secure Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Hyper-V, and Fortinet networks. Manage identity, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, security controls, backups, endpoint compliance, and incident investigations. Develop PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate automation; support SSO integrations, escalated IT issues, user lifecycle management, documentation, vendors, and software licensing. Partner with IT and Security teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Design and build a modern enterprise data platform supporting analytics, reporting, machine learning, and near-real-time processing. Responsibilities include architecting warehouse or lakehouse solutions, modernizing legacy ETL, developing CDC and incremental pipelines, creating semantic layers, implementing data quality and observability frameworks, and establishing governance and retention strategies. The role also provides technical leadership and partners with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Data Science teams.
