Own enterprise email deliverability strategy across multiple lending brands. Manage sender reputation, inbox placement, domain health, IP performance, authentication, bounce trends, throttling, and blacklist recovery. Partner with marketing, operations, sales, customer service, collections, and software development teams on segmentation, lifecycle automation, reporting, proprietary platform capabilities, integrations, governance, and data hygiene. Serve as the subject matter expert for email infrastructure, compliance, deliverability optimization, and scalable customer engagement solutions.

Administer and secure Microsoft-based infrastructure, Azure and Hyper-V environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Fortinet networking, endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery. Develop PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate automation; manage identity, access, compliance, monitoring, incident investigation, and SSO integrations. Provide Tier 2/3 support, document systems, manage provisioning and hardware lifecycle, and collaborate on infrastructure projects, vendors, and software licensing.

Provides administrative and basic bookkeeping support to the Accounting department. Responsibilities include processing mail, invoices, payments, and financial correspondence; responding to routine inquiries; maintaining accounting records; verifying invoices and balances; supporting accounts payable and receivable; organizing records; assisting with expenses and reimbursements; and providing general team support.
