Administer and secure Microsoft-based infrastructure, Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Fortinet networking, and endpoint environments. Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate; manage identity, backups, security remediation, and SSO integrations. Provide Tier 2/3 support, investigate incidents, document systems, manage provisioning and hardware lifecycles, and collaborate on infrastructure projects, vendors, and licensing.
