Provides advanced desktop support, troubleshooting, workstation deployment, onboarding, endpoint administration, user access management, and device lifecycle management. Administers Microsoft Intune and related technologies, supports Windows environments, develops basic automation, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to workplace technology improvement projects. The role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Leads and mentors a desktop support team while providing hands-on technical support. Manages hardware, software, operating systems, user provisioning, access controls, device deployments, asset inventories, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 administration, patching, vendors, documentation, and technology planning. Serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and partners with leadership to improve operational efficiency and maintain a secure, reliable technology environment.

Design and build a modern enterprise data platform supporting analytics, reporting, machine learning, and near-real-time processing. Responsibilities include architecting warehouse or lakehouse solutions, modernizing legacy ETL, developing CDC and incremental pipelines, creating semantic layers, implementing data quality and observability frameworks, and establishing governance and retention strategies. The role also provides technical leadership and partners with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Data Science teams.
