Provide administrative and basic bookkeeping support to the Accounting team: handle incoming mail and invoices, respond to routine inquiries, assist with data entry, verify account balances, support AP/AR processes, maintain records, assist with expense reports, and support special projects.

Design and build a modern, scalable data platform (warehouse, lakehouse, or hybrid) to support analytics, data science, and near-real-time processing. Lead platform architecture, CDC-based ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality/observability, and governance. Partner cross-functionally, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and modernize legacy data processes for low-latency enterprise reporting and ML workloads.

Lead design, development, and modernization of a proprietary Loan Management System. Build and refactor full-stack features, improve scalability, reliability, CI/CD, and observability, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams while mentoring peers and driving engineering best practices.
