Lead software delivery for new vehicle launches by defining plans for software-impacting hardware changes and features, driving software-hardware integration, prioritizing issue resolution, managing verification test plans, reporting to stakeholders, mitigating systemic risks, implementing process improvements, and mentoring other Technical Program Managers.

Develop and operate Digital Twin infrastructure and AI-assisted systems engineering tools. Build multi-fidelity FMU plant models and FMI co-simulations, deploy LLM-based pipelines (RAG, semantic search) integrated with GitLab CI/CD, and perform hands-on systems engineering, requirements authoring, safety analyses, and model correlation with vehicle and fleet data.

Develop, maintain, and customize core Android OS components for automotive infotainment. Implement and optimize HALs, tune system performance (boot time, memory, stability), integrate features, debug system-level issues, and write performance-critical foundational code while participating in design and code reviews.

Lead operational strategy for electrical hardware NPI through mass production and sustaining phases. Manage CM relationships, material risk mitigation, EOL transitions, RMA/failure analysis, design refreshes, and scalable processes to ensure production continuity and drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, yield, and cycle time.

Design, build, and operate developer platform infrastructure to support firmware build pipelines. Implement IaC patterns, GitOps, Kubernetes operators, CI optimization, cloud reliability, security policy-as-code, and developer tooling while mentoring engineers and collaborating on architecture and risk mitigation.

Own the design lifecycle, maintain a system of record for product logic, produce production-ready visuals and interactions, validate ideas with research and data, prototype, and partner closely with product, program, and engineering to align scope and decisions.

Own and operate Android CI pipelines for high-uptime cloud builds. Improve build reliability and performance via caching, profiling, hermeticity fixes, container tuning, and tooling governance to support massive-scale continuous builds.

Lead vehicle-level systems engineering to define architectures, decompose subsystems, manage cross-functional integration, mitigate system risks, and ensure performance, reliability, and safety during development and launch of software-defined electric vehicles.

Lead and mentor a team building real-time 3D infotainment visualizations and ADAS displays. Design, implement, and own the display and graphics pipeline for Android and non-Android automotive platforms. Work on SurfaceFlinger, HWC, compositors (Wayland/Weston/OpenWFD), driver integration, multi-display architectures, performance optimization (60FPS+, low latency), SoC display bring-up, and cross-layer debugging with hardware and kernel teams.

Lead and operate ProdOps as senior SRE: coordinate and communicate during high-severity incidents, run blameless post-incident reviews, prioritize and drive systemic action items, verify fixes, build automation and observability (including AI-agent workflows), and grow a lean team while mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
