Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 IT support for local Serbia staff and remote global users across Windows/macOS, mobile devices, conferencing systems, VPNs and SaaS. Manage user identity and MFA (Okta/Azure AD), device lifecycle (Autopilot/ABM), inventory, onsite networking and AV, and document work in Jira Service Management while collaborating with global Infrastructure and Security teams.

Integrate, verify, and test infotainment firmware and BSP features across Android, Linux, and QNX platforms. Develop and maintain automation test scripts (Python), create test strategies, perform root cause analysis, debug Ethernet and CAN communications, and collaborate with software and vehicle integration teams to trace requirements to validation.

Lead end-to-end quality for Mapping and Infotainment: define test strategy, design Python/Pytest automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, scale system and vehicle testing (SIL/HIL/benches), own release quality metrics, mentor local teams, and coordinate cross-site stakeholders to ensure robust validation of mapping, routing, navigation, and location services.
