Ensures compliance with OPM standards and federal HR policies while maintaining guidance documentation and supporting recruiting tool and program improvements.

Supports federal contract administration and acquisition activities for DoD/Navy programs. Maintains contract and task-order documentation, drafts procurement and requirements documents, administers modifications, tracks obligations and deliverables, evaluates contract terms, supports source selections and industry days, and maintains contractual databases. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, and DoD acquisition requirements while supporting contracting officers and program staff.

Analyzes Navy aviation logistics, inventory management, supply effectiveness, readiness, and financial processes. Conducts inspections, audits, assessments, training, and system reviews; develops policies, reports, recommendations, databases, and performance metrics. Supports supply chain initiatives and ashore aviation commands using Navy logistics systems, ERP tools, Access, and Excel.

Coordinates on-site contractor support for Marine Corps training exercises, operational events, and simulation activities. Serves as the local point of contact for government, contractor, and operational stakeholders; manages staffing, scheduling, logistics, communications, compliance, and issue resolution. Supports planning through feedback phases, provides status updates to site leadership, and maintains readiness for geographically dispersed, travel-intensive, and short-notice mission requirements.

Leads and administers a large DoD professional support services task order, serving as the primary government interface. Directs contractor staff, oversees program execution across acquisition, contracts, modernization, and cost functions, coordinates performance and financial reporting, and implements cost-control initiatives. The role requires extensive DoD acquisition and contract management experience, DAWIA Level III or PMP certification, senior government briefing experience, Navy enterprise tool proficiency, and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Provides subject matter expertise and instruction for the Sensor Manager Qualification Course supporting Army space and missile defense operations. Conducts training on radar, missile defense, and C2BMC systems; develops and evaluates curriculum using Army accreditation standards and the ADDIE model; researches emerging threats and capabilities; updates training materials; coordinates with training divisions; and briefs military leaders. Travel is required to conduct training.
