Coordinate inbound and outbound trucks, assign dock doors, manage yard flow, supervise loading and unloading, maintain shipping records, enforce dock safety, control access and chain of custody, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, drivers, and security personnel. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, HAZMAT and safety management knowledge, physical mobility, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Coordinates administrative services and workplace operations for a PMO, including reception, travel and conference planning, supplies, records, property, telecommunications, security, and office space. Prepares reports and correspondence, manages information flow, supports meetings and website portals, and liaises with government and external stakeholders. Implements procedures to improve productivity and customer service while maintaining accurate records and communications.

Provides acquisition and program-management support to the NILE PMO, including procurement documentation, contract modifications, action-item and schedule tracking, meeting minutes, briefing materials, risk and metrics reporting, cost reporting, and document-library management. Supports procurement of ancillary items and ensures proper foreign-disclosure and distribution markings. Requires strong communication, organization, records-management, financial-planning, and Microsoft Office skills.
