The Senior Wealth Advisor leads strategies for wealth management and client acquisition, ensuring high-quality service and building client relationships within a trust company setting.

Support and improve bank and trust processes and systems by gathering requirements, writing specifications and user stories, designing QA/UAT, testing and implementing system/configuration changes, documenting procedures, liaising with vendors, and providing post-implementation support and training to ensure process effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The Portfolio Management Manager will lead a team, ensuring efficient processes and accurate management of the bank's Real Estate and Commercial Loan portfolios while fostering collaboration and skill development.
