Manage multiple final-mile logistics operations across an assigned territory, traveling daily to client retail locations. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, source and interview candidates, track recruitment KPIs, support retention, career pathing and succession planning, and coordinate hiring events and onboarding.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications and integrations (TMS/WMS/partner platforms). Deliver production-ready features, improve system performance and maintainability, support implementations, troubleshoot customer-impacting issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Operations, and Sales.
