The Head of Culture at Riverstone Logistics will lead enterprise culture strategy, support senior leaders, and provide pastoral care to employees, ensuring a culture that values high performance and care for individuals.

Supports the General Manager in running a client-based warehouse and logistics operation. Oversees staff, dispatching, routing, transportation tracking, vendor performance, safety, compliance, scheduling, client relationships, and operational goals. Conducts process audits, improves labor efficiency, applies Lean warehouse principles, manages direct reports, and implements corrective actions. The role is primarily based in an office or warehouse and may require regional travel, extended hours, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.

Own post-sale account lifecycle for strategic logistics customers: build relationships, drive retention and expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, monitor performance, and translate customer feedback into product and operational improvements.

Supervise day-to-day final-mile delivery operations at a profit center, managing routing, dispatch, carrier performance, escalations, returns processing, and a team of Operations Coordinators to meet client quality and production standards.

Manage RLX's LTL and multi-stop FTL carrier portfolios: own carrier relationships, negotiate and govern rates, monitor performance via scorecards, resolve billing/claims/service exceptions, support contracted capacity programs, and document scalable processes and SOPs to maintain capacity and margin.

Supervise outbound warehouse operations including route monitoring, motor carrier compliance, carrier communications and settlements, customer notifications, audits, returns, claims processing, and escalations. Work both on the floor and in the office, support recruiting/onboarding of carriers, and ensure client-specific service and reporting standards are met.

Analyze disputed, uncollected, and aged invoices to assess collectability and revenue quality. Use ERP, billing, and external client systems to research issues, perform root-cause analysis, build models and dashboards, quantify revenue-at-risk, support period-end close and reserves, and recommend process improvements across Accounting, Operations, Sales, and IT for large national retail accounts.

Oversee outbound warehouse operations including route planning and monitoring, motor carrier compliance, carrier onboarding and settlements, customer communications and escalations, scheduling deliveries, processing claims/returns, and reporting to meet client standards.

Manage and coordinate outbound logistics for a client location, oversee daily outbound operations and motor carrier relationships, supervise and develop staff, ensure compliance with policies and KPIs, conduct operational analyses and audits, and maintain client capacity and asset upkeep.
