Manage multiple final-mile logistics operations across an assigned territory, traveling daily to client retail locations. Oversee outbound operations, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, leverage routing software, partner with motor carriers, track and report KPIs, conduct store audits, and maintain client relationships to meet service goals.

Supervise outbound warehouse operations including route planning, motor carrier compliance, carrier communications and settlements, scheduling deliveries, customer notifications, claims processing, audits, and escalation management while supporting recruiting and onboarding of carriers.
