Own daily community engagement across MadeGood’s social channels, responding to consumers and escalating issues as needed. Support social publishing, content calendars, quality assurance, user-generated content, social listening, reporting, giveaways, product seeding, and creator requests. Assist with influencer, PR, partnership, experiential, launch, and event programs while coordinating timelines, assets, shipments, research, presentations, and cross-functional deliverables.

Lead R&D and innovation for Private Label and Emerging Brands, driving product ideation through commercialization. Provide technical leadership in formulation, ingredient functionality, scale-up, and co-manufacturing partnerships. Build and coach a food science team, manage risk and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines, quality, cost, and sustainability goals.

Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for brand initiatives. Build financial models, business cases for product innovation, monitor marketing spend, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen controls and reporting processes to support investment decisions and drive continuous improvement in Brand Finance.

Partner with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, manage ATS (Greenhouse) super-user support, run campus and job-fair outreach, track recruitment metrics, use Gen AI to improve productivity, and ensure inclusive candidate experience while aligning offers with compensation frameworks.

Serve as strategic finance partner to the US Commercial team—drive trade spend planning and ROI analysis, support go-to-market and joint business plans, lead trade reviews and forecasting, deliver executive presentations, and implement trade policies and process improvements to drive profitable net sales growth.

Lead enterprise master data governance and quality across Customer, Material, Vendor, Product, and Business Partner domains. Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap; manage and mentor a team of Master Data Analysts and Stewards; act as SAP MDG/S4HANA subject-matter expert; drive data quality KPIs, automation, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change to embed data stewardship and enable digital transformation.

Support HQ-field sales communication and execution of channel initiatives for the US business. Lead annual sales planning, analyze sales metrics (distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing), develop category objectives, maintain trackers and SharePoint, coordinate retail tools and commercialization, run regular customer and sales update meetings, and partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth.

Build and operate a governed, scalable data fabric integrating SAP, cloud lakehouse, IoT/PLC, syndicated and unstructured data to enable analytics, ML, and Generative AI. Design ELT/ETL and real‑time pipelines, implement data quality, lineage and observability, deploy platform automation (IaC, CI/CD), prepare datasets for LLM fine‑tuning and RAG, and collaborate across business and BT&T to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Lead end-to-end payroll and benefits delivery for Canadian and US employees, ensure legal compliance, manage payroll calendars and year-end filings, audit and reconcile payroll data, strengthen controls and processes, act as escalation point and liaison with external payroll provider, and partner cross-functionally to improve payroll, benefits, and pension administration.
