Manage PDP publishing/syndication, define structured content standards, run digital shelf analytics and competitive intelligence (Profitero/Stackline), and drive SEO/GEO/agentic commerce testing to improve visibility and conversion.

Lead R&D and innovation for Private Label and Emerging Brands, driving product ideation through commercialization. Provide technical leadership in formulation, ingredient functionality, scale-up, and co-manufacturing partnerships. Build and coach a food science team, manage risk and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines, quality, cost, and sustainability goals.

Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for brand initiatives. Build financial models, business cases for product innovation, monitor marketing spend, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen controls and reporting processes to support investment decisions and drive continuous improvement in Brand Finance.
