Supports cross-functional supply chain improvement initiatives involving inventory optimization, product and packaging transitions, commercialization, and process development. Analyzes SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud data, identifies root causes and opportunities, develops practical recommendations, documents improved processes and controls, and presents findings to technical and senior stakeholders. The role leads selected supply chain and cross-functional workstreams while applying supply chain knowledge, analytical skills, and AI tools.

Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for brand initiatives. Build financial models, business cases for product innovation, monitor marketing spend, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen controls and reporting processes to support investment decisions and drive continuous improvement in Brand Finance.

Leads food safety and quality improvement across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include managing incidents and complaints, conducting root cause analysis, risk assessments and CAPA, analyzing quality data, implementing corrective actions, monitoring KPIs and statistical process controls, maintaining BRC compliance, developing procedures, and training employees. The role collaborates cross-functionally with production, sanitation, maintenance, engineering, facilities, and R&D to reduce defects and improve product and process performance.
