Provides executive and office administrative support for the U.S. office, including calendar management, meetings, travel, events, vendors, supplies, budgets, onboarding, and visitor experiences. Owns new item setup and product data workflows in Salsify, Syndigo, and customer portals, ensuring accuracy, documentation, approvals, and timely completion. Coordinates approved inventory liquidation, samples, trade shows, and cross-functional business processes while maintaining reporting, standard procedures, and process improvements.

Administer and improve Riverside’s workplace technology environment, including ManageEngine ServiceDesk, backups, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, servers, DNS, VoIP, Teams Phone, audiovisual systems, and ITSM processes. The role leads incident, problem, change, access, vendor, documentation, and infrastructure activities; supports migrations and projects; automates workflows; and ensures reliable, secure services across global sites. The position is primarily onsite, includes occasional after-hours support, and requires travel within Canada and the United States up to four times annually.

The Finance Analyst supports Commercial Canada by analyzing sales and trade spend performance, maintaining financial models and reports, preparing forecasts and annual plans, posting accrual journal entries, and managing trade spend conditions in SAP. The role evaluates promotional effectiveness, performs variance analysis, builds financial scenarios, and provides insights to Commercial and Sales Planning teams. It also supports adoption of a new TPM system and assists account managers with planning and reporting.
