Provide regulatory guidance and technical support across Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure ingredient, packaging, and product compliance with domestic and international food laws, claims, and certifications. Prepare product label reports, manage registrations and renewals, review ingredient/artwork, liaise with external certifiers (Gluten Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, Organic, Vegan, RSPO), and maintain regulatory databases and documentation.

Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, and compliance (Sedex) while maintaining contracts and records in SAP/MDG. Track corrective actions, coordinate cross-functional sourcing projects, and identify process improvements to support responsible sourcing and timely supplier readiness.

Provide financial leadership to the marketing team by delivering analytical and strategic support for growth initiatives, business cases, pricing, product innovation, and brand planning. Lead multi-year strategic planning and the Stage Gate innovation process, develop P&L and margin guardrails, analyze product and channel performance, monitor market and competitive trends, and coach a finance analyst to optimize portfolio and marketing investments.
