Provide hands-on clinical care as an LPN in outpatient settings: vitals, medication review, injections, blood draws, patient education, documentation in EMR, specimen handling, triage, and coordination with providers and multidisciplinary teams. Float between locations as needed and ensure compliance with OSHA, lab proficiency, and clinic standards.
