Manage full contract lifecycle for assigned product and service categories: draft and negotiate contracts, monitor performance and compliance (HIPAA, OIG, ISO-9001), run bid processes, interact with vendors and internal departments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support value analysis and standardization to achieve cost savings.

Manage assigned AR and aging reports; follow up on professional claims and zero-pay EOBs; research and write appeals for denied accounts; resubmit claims within timeframes; respond to insurer and patient billing inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
