Manage full contract lifecycle for assigned product and service categories: draft and negotiate contracts, monitor performance and compliance (HIPAA, OIG, ISO-9001), run bid processes, interact with vendors and internal departments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support value analysis and standardization to achieve cost savings.

Perform microscopic evaluation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens, support ROSE and bone marrow procedures, prepare specimens for flow cytometry and molecular testing, maintain LIS reporting, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance, assist training, and perform equipment maintenance and inventory tasks.

Manage day-to-day operations of a medical practice and directly supervise office staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, onboarding, payroll, revenue capture and reconciliation, patient access and service, referrals/authorizations, compliance with payor policies, time-of-service collections, chart audits, and operational expense management.
