Develops Riveron’s Chicago market by activating local networks, generating executive-level client opportunities, building referral relationships, and advancing prospects through proposals and close. Partners with firm and practice leaders to position advisory services, manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, coordinate pursuits and events, and achieve goals for meetings, revenue, proposals, and relationship growth.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple practices, partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies. Source, assess, engage, and close diverse candidates for advisory, finance, analytics, accounting, risk, compliance, and specialized technology roles. Build talent pipelines, optimize recruiting systems and reporting, enhance employer branding and candidate experience, lead recruiting programs, and coach junior talent acquisition team members.

Leads strategic content and business alignment for Riveron’s Advisory organization. Partners with senior executives to shape growth priorities, market positioning, integrated offerings, executive narratives, proposals, client presentations, and internal strategy materials. Synthesizes complex ideas across practices and markets, facilitates cross-functional initiatives, supports change management, and independently drives priorities from concept through execution. Requires strong consulting-style strategy, executive communication, business judgment, content development, and periodic travel.
