Lead the target-state IGA architecture, own the roadmap, and provide technical leadership for enterprise Identity & Access Management. Translate business needs into scalable, secure IGA solution designs, oversee delivery, enforce standards and governance, and act as escalation point for complex incidents, audits, and assurance activities. Support product owners, review designs, and contribute to global IAM strategy.

Lead and manage digital transformation workstreams, deliver strategic recommendations, conduct industry research and analysis, build client relationships, mentor consultants, ensure high-quality deliverables, support business development, and stay current on digital trends to drive client value.

Design and define conceptual and logical data models and semantic layer for shared enterprise data across countries. Separate core shared semantics from local extensions, define mapping patterns, metadata, lineage, ownership and change-control, and translate models into physical design inputs while validating with stakeholders to drive adoption.
