Teams at Riverflex

Six-month hands-on internship supporting digital transformation consulting projects: market research, competitive analysis, data visualization, strategy development, and applying AI tools. Work with consultants on client engagements and internal initiatives in a hybrid Amsterdam environment, with coaching and real ownership over deliverables.

Deliver technology and digital transformation workstreams across multiple client engagements. Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders while moving between projects and filling delivery capacity gaps. Provide structured thinking, documentation, and progress reporting, contribute from the first week, and work effectively across several concurrent projects.

Lead a Synapse-to-Microsoft Fabric migration for a lakehouse data platform supporting asset management, HR, and finance. Build scalable PySpark and SQL pipelines, dimensional models, data products, quality frameworks, and CI/CD workflows. Own roadmap initiatives, optimize performance and costs, translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, lead code reviews, and coach data engineers. The role is hybrid in Rotterdam for an initial six-month interim engagement, with possible extension up to two years.
