Your role as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation
We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects.
What you’ll be working on
Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions
Conducting in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies
Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business
Guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
Developing actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's needs
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations
Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals
Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation
Who you are
4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation
Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business
Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
Strong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects at once
A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact
Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts
Master's degree in business, management, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus
Willing to travel as needed

Skills Required
- 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm with focus on digital and/or tech transformation
- Master's degree in business, management, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and business applications
