Your role as Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in guiding transformations. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success by providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of consulting projects.

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage workstreams on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions. 

• Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies.  

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement. 

• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

• Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. 

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients. 

• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation. 
   

Job requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation. 

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings. 

• Proven ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, translating insights into actionable strategies.  

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.  

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and driving impactful outcomes.  

• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts. 

• Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus. 

• Willingness to travel as needed.
