Ensures safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across agricultural sites. Conducts inspections and audits; delivers safety, forklift, CPR, and respirator training; manages hazardous materials, emissions, fall protection, and emergency programs; prepares JHAs, Tier II reports, Risk Management Plans, and government filings; and enforces OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA, and state agricultural requirements. The role involves outdoor work and exposure to agricultural chemicals, machinery, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
