Originate and grow grain business by calling on customers and prospects, promoting grain programs, establishing market share goals, evaluating marketing alternatives, and advising on cash and basis positions to maximize returns.

Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural machinery. Perform preventive maintenance, replace worn components, operate hand and power tools, keep maintenance records, and follow safety protocols.

Apply pesticides and fertilizers to fields at regulated rates, operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, sprayers, forklifts), mix/load chemicals, handle inventory, keep application records in AgLogic, perform equipment inspections and maintenance, follow safety and regulatory requirements, and assist with facility upkeep and meetings to improve skills.
