Analyzes commercial borrower creditworthiness through financial statement spreading, underwriting, covenant testing, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring. Prepares credit approval documents, identifies credit risks, recommends risk-rating adjustments, maintains credit files, and supports loan quality control. Collaborates with commercial lenders on loan structures and underwriting, assists with site visits and inspections, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Analyst II responsibilities include independently managing underwriting requests and annual reviews and mentoring junior analysts.

Develops and maintains data architecture, integration systems, warehouses, lakes, analytics tools, dashboards, reports, and predictive models across banking systems. Provides data governance, security, compliance, reporting, and ad hoc analysis while supporting strategic initiatives, audits, application management, and cross-functional stakeholders. Serves as a data subject matter expert and evaluates emerging technologies, including AI and cloud platforms.

Manages insurance escrow accounts for loan portfolios by completing annual escrow analyses, processing insurance and PMI payments, monitoring property and flood insurance, handling force-placement and loss proceeds, and preparing compliance reports. Reviews PMI cancellations, verifies transactions and balances, and ensures adherence to lending regulations, investor guidelines, BSA requirements, and bank policies.
