Perform commercial credit analysis and underwriting: spread and analyze financial statements, evaluate borrower creditworthiness, prepare credit approval packages, monitor covenants, conduct loan reviews, support commercial lending and compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Oversee and report on commercial credit activities, produce asset quality reports for management and boards, support CECL loss reserve inputs, advise lending staff as a Bank Credit Signer, and assist with appraisal/environmental programs and loan origination system enhancements.

Create, edit, and manage multi-channel content and communications across affiliated banks. Plan and maintain content calendars, support PR and media relations, develop internal communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in marketing intake and project prioritization to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging delivered on schedule.
