Prepare and portion nutritious meals and snacks for assisted-living residents, assemble trays per standardized recipes and therapeutic diets, support kitchen operations (prep, delivery, dishwashing), maintain food safety and sanitation, manage inventory and stock rotation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff while engaging respectfully with residents.

Provide clinical leadership and hands-on nursing care in an assisted living community supporting residents with physical and mental health needs. Oversee assessments, individualized care plans, medication management, staff mentoring, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary coordination. Support staff development, participate in surveys, and lead improvements to ensure safe, resident-centered care.

Lead and supervise nursing staff in an assisted living/skilled nursing facility.
