Support branch operations by handling customer calls, scheduling drivers and deliveries, processing orders and invoices, maintaining inventories and records, and completing outbound sales calls to meet quotas. Provide customer service, coordinate with shop staff, and assist outside sales and project execution tasks.

Outside Sales Representative sells rental equipment by prospecting, cold calling, and servicing accounts. Responsible for meeting revenue quotas, maintaining CRM records, preparing forecasts, supporting project execution, and promoting safety and continuous improvement.
