Identify and qualify prospects, conduct high-volume outbound and in-person cold calls, sell equipment rental products and services, manage customer accounts, follow up on quotes, meet revenue quotas, maintain CRM records, prepare forecasts and activity reports, and support customer administration, delivery, and invoicing needs.

Supports equipment rental branch operations and inside sales by answering customer calls, completing outbound sales calls, coordinating pickups, deliveries, drivers, and maintenance, processing invoices and contract closeouts, managing fuel and PPE inventories, writing purchase orders, and assisting outside sales representatives. Provides timely customer service, maintains accurate rental records, communicates with customers and vendors, and handles shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Sell equipment rental products and services to new and existing customers through high-volume cold calling and in-person prospecting; manage quotes, forecasts, CRM data, meet revenue quotas, support project execution, and maintain safety and continuous improvement.
