Repair, refurbish and maintain bus bodies and interiors, ensuring safety, compliance and presentation standards. Perform panel work, welding/fabrication (where needed), work independently and in a team, and support fleet upkeep and quality workmanship.

Manage and support core business applications (starting with HASTUS), deploy vendor releases, monitor integrations, build reporting, liaise with vendors, train users, and shape new systems as the application estate grows.

Supervise day-to-day cruise liner and wharf operations: coordinate staff and vehicles, ensure safety and on-time service, resolve operational issues, maintain reports, and improve efficiency.

Oversee live bus operations from a central control room: monitor services, manage disruptions, coordinate drivers and depots, respond to incidents, record and report service impacts, and ensure safety and KPI compliance.

Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders across New Zealand, support recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, manage employee relations, develop HR policies and reporting, support HR projects and continuous improvement, and champion health, safety and workplace culture.

Manage day-to-day workshop administration at Rotorua depot, using VMS for maintenance operations. Handle department purchasing, stock control and stocktakes, schedule fleet with external repairers, and support health and safety processes while communicating with internal teams and contractors.
