Lead day-to-day depot operations for Swanson, supervising up to 45 drivers and cleaners. Manage rosters, dispatch, incident response, compliance with health and safety, partner with HR and workshop teams, build stakeholder relationships, and drive efficiency and customer service improvements.

Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on coaches including working with flat and formed fiberglass, fitting floor coverings (carpet, vinyl), minor paint and seat cover repairs, and related coachbuilding tasks while following safety procedures.
