Drive tour vehicles for cruise passengers and tourists around Auckland and surrounding regions. Responsibilities include providing safe, reliable transport, delivering informative commentary, assisting passengers and luggage, maintaining professional customer service, and working varied rosters during the summer cruise season, including weekends and public holidays.

Drive children to and from school safely during school terms, providing calm, reliable, and supportive transport. Build positive relationships with children and families, including passengers with varying abilities and needs. Maintain professionalism, communication, and safety standards while completing guaranteed four-hour paid shifts Monday through Friday. The role requires a full Class 1 License, P Endorsement, pre-employment checks, and a commitment to working with children and whānau.

Coordinate cruise-day transport operations, including vehicle arrivals, bus allocation, driver support, luggage handling, crowd flow, schedule updates, and passenger departures. Liaise with drivers, port security, IDNZ staff, and other partners to maintain safe, efficient service. Report operational updates and performance feedback while prioritizing passenger safety and customer experience. The role requires flexibility around cruise schedules, early starts, and varied hours.
