Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders across New Zealand, support recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, manage employee relations, develop HR policies and reporting, support HR projects and continuous improvement, and champion health, safety and workplace culture.

Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee recordkeeping, HR reporting and data analysis, training coordination, benefits and recognition administration, and process improvement. Serve as first point of contact for HR activities while maintaining confidentiality and supporting HR Advisors across the employee lifecycle.

Manage day-to-day workshop administration at Rotorua depot, using VMS for maintenance operations. Handle department purchasing, stock control and stocktakes, schedule fleet with external repairers, and support health and safety processes while communicating with internal teams and contractors.
