Provides HR support to depot-based teams and management, advising on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, remuneration reviews, succession planning, HR records, payroll updates, reporting, training plans, and policy processes. The role also develops HR procedures, supports projects, maintains compliance and confidentiality, and helps implement the organization’s HR plan and annual calendar.

Partners with operational and executive leaders to provide strategic and practical HR guidance. Leads organisational change, workforce planning, talent strategies, employee and industrial relations, remuneration reviews, organisational design, union engagement, collective bargaining, and HR projects. Promotes strong workplace culture, capability, performance, compliance, health, safety, and wellbeing while managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Coordinate day-to-day workshop administration, maintain fleet and maintenance records, process purchases and invoices, manage stock control and external fleet bookings, and administer workshop management systems including VMS. The role supports accurate maintenance data, reporting, safety, compliance, and efficient workshop operations while working with staff, suppliers, contractors, and operational teams.
