Operate foam equipment to foam and assemble parts per quality standards; perform minor fixture repairs, change foam gun blocks, clean lines and guns, follow labor reporting and computer systems, use hand tools and drills, wire using diagrams, and follow chemical safety precautions.

Operate and set up roto molding machines, inspect parts for color and defects, perform basic preventive maintenance and trimming, handle resin weighing and roto load systems, operate hoists/cranes, follow supervisor instructions, use computer for labor reporting, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights and in hot/humid conditions.

Supervise and manage production shift employees, enforce safety, quality, and quantity standards, schedule shifts, oversee workflow, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with maintenance and payroll, and ensure accurate paperwork and warehousing.
