- Required to utilize equipment to foam parts of various sizes and shapes
- Does minor repair to fixtures and cleans fixtures (ex. Bolts, clamps etc.)
- Changes foam gun blocks and fixtures
- Must understand all labor reporting methods and how to use the computer system.
- Responsible for foaming and assembling units in a proper manner that meets quality control standards
- Works from supervisor's or group leader’s written or verbal instructions.
- Must be able to use a variety of drills and small hand tools
- Must be safety conscious and be familiar with safety precautions for handling different chemicals
- Must be able to keep foaming lines clean and free of debris for safety purposes
- Required to clean foam line and foam gun at end of shift
- Must be able to wire using correct diagrams

- Handle potential hot and humid conditions.
- Regular standing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Pushing and Pulling up to 30 pounds.
