Job Description

  • Required to utilize equipment to foam parts of various sizes and shapes
  • Does minor repair to fixtures and cleans fixtures (ex. Bolts, clamps etc.)
  • Changes foam gun blocks and fixtures
  • Must understand all labor reporting methods and how to use the computer system.
  • Responsible for foaming and assembling units in a proper manner that meets quality control standards
  • Works from supervisor's or group leader’s written or verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to use a variety of drills and small hand tools
  • Must be safety conscious and be familiar with safety precautions for handling different chemicals
  • Must be able to keep foaming lines clean and free of debris for safety purposes
  • Required to clean foam line and foam gun at end of shift
  • Must be able to wire using correct diagrams

  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Handle potential hot and humid conditions.
  • Regular standing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Pushing and Pulling up to 30 pounds.
