Provide administrative and marketing support to sales and corporate marketing: coordinate marketing assets, collateral, websites, events, model home staging, vendor management, and sales operations. Support reporting, budgets, content gathering, and occasional evening/weekend event coverage.

Lead strategy and lifecycle for mortgage products (Agency, Government, Jumbo, Non-QM, DPA), manage investor relationships and execution, partner cross-functionally to launch products, optimize pricing and post-closing operations, and present performance and recommendations to executive leadership.

Support daily new-home sales office operations and learn the full sales process through training and mentorship. Greet and register prospects in HubSpot, conduct tours, follow up on leads, assist with buyer selections and construction milestones, prepare reports, engage realtors, and maintain accurate records while fostering cross-functional communication.

Lead stewardship and growth of the Risewell brand across national and local markets. Manage agencies, translate brand strategy into campaigns and promotions, align with sales and field teams, oversee content and media plans, monitor performance, and improve creative effectiveness and execution.

Lead divisional finance strategy and operations, overseeing planning, forecasting, reporting, SOX compliance, cash management, and land acquisition underwriting. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team while partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance and process improvements.

Manage the lock desk and support mortgage pricing, Optimal Blue configuration, loan sale processes, hedge model audits, competitor rate tracking, and reporting/analytics development. Provide data-driven pricing recommendations and run daily pricing and forward reports to support sales, post-closing, and senior management.

Field-facing marketing leader responsible for regional marketing strategy, performance oversight, and ROI across multiple divisions. Partners with division presidents and sales leadership to align marketing with inventory and revenue goals, manage lead funnel performance, oversee digital and event strategies, conduct field audits, and deliver standardized regional reporting and corrective actions.

Lead the Design Center guiding homebuyers through personalization, manage selections and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, curate model homes, drive Design Studio revenue and profitability, train staff, and ensure market-aligned, high-quality customer experiences.
