Provide administrative and marketing support to sales and corporate marketing: coordinate marketing assets, collateral, websites, events, model home staging, vendor management, and sales operations. Support reporting, budgets, content gathering, and occasional evening/weekend event coverage.

Lead strategy and lifecycle for mortgage products (Agency, Government, Jumbo, Non-QM, DPA), manage investor relationships and execution, partner cross-functionally to launch products, optimize pricing and post-closing operations, and present performance and recommendations to executive leadership.

Support daily new-home sales office operations and learn the full sales process through training and mentorship. Greet and register prospects in HubSpot, conduct tours, follow up on leads, assist with buyer selections and construction milestones, prepare reports, engage realtors, and maintain accurate records while fostering cross-functional communication.
