Supports the VP of Marketing by coordinating marketing plans, campaigns, events, community launches, MLS listings, promotional assets, website and social content, advertising, and sales materials. The role manages vendors, creative reviews, reporting, budgets, marketing collateral, and real estate licensing administration and compliance. It requires strong organization, communication, project coordination, and marketing execution skills, with collaboration across sales, agencies, and external partners.

Supports new home sales operations by greeting prospects, conducting model-home tours, registering leads in HubSpot, generating traffic, following up with buyers and realtors, and assisting with contracts, selections, financing, inspections, and walk-throughs. Maintains sales records, prepares reports, conducts market research, and communicates with customers throughout construction. Requires office and active construction-site work, regular jobsite visits, and vehicle operation.

Supports new home sales across communities by greeting prospects, conducting model-home tours, generating and following up on leads, assisting with buyer transactions, engaging realtors, researching competitors, preparing reports, and maintaining sales office records. The role includes training in the full sales process, regular jobsite visits, and communication with buyers throughout construction.
