Provide underwriting and financial analysis for land acquisitions, manage project budgets, and coordinate accounting setup. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while presenting financial results and recommendations to corporate leadership.

Entry-level role supporting new home sales and sales office operations. Greet and register prospects, assist Sales Counselors through the sales process, manage leads and CRM, conduct outreach and market research, prepare reports, and participate in training and customer interactions on-site and in the office.

Lead division sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, margins, and market share. Oversee sales, marketing, escrow, and design functions; recruit and develop teams; manage full sales process, pricing, inventory, and customer experience; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize offerings and operations; drive marketing, merchandising, and operational excellence to meet business goals.
