Entry-level role supporting new home sales and sales office operations. Greet and register prospects, assist Sales Counselors through the sales process, manage leads and CRM, conduct outreach and market research, prepare reports, and participate in training and customer interactions on-site and in the office.

Coordinates the full permitting and construction start process, including preparing applications, submitting plans, tracking approvals, coordinating utilities, managing fees, and maintaining accurate records. Serves as liaison among contractors, architects, engineers, municipal departments, and internal teams. Distributes approved documents, processes revisions, uploads construction files, communicates fee changes, and provides administrative support to Construction. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to interpret construction plans.

Lead division sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, margins, and market share. Oversee sales, marketing, escrow, and design functions; recruit and develop teams; manage full sales process, pricing, inventory, and customer experience; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize offerings and operations; drive marketing, merchandising, and operational excellence to meet business goals.
