Provides case management and supportive housing services to frail elderly tenants transitioning from shelters into permanent housing. Responsibilities include needs assessments, individualized service plans, eviction prevention, advocacy, benefits enrollment, referrals, crisis support, health coordination, home visits, documentation, tenant engagement, and collaboration with property management and community partners to promote housing stability and aging in place.

Supports school-based youth programming by coordinating activities, schedules, enrollment, events, records, reporting, compliance, budgets, staff support, participant engagement, and family communications. Assists with hiring, supervision, training, incident resolution, surveys, and maintaining program quality and performance targets.

Provides case management, needs assessments, referrals, advocacy, benefits assistance, and housing stability support for 20–25 tenant households. Maintains resident records, conducts wellness checks, coordinates home care and discharge planning, facilitates tenant activities, and collaborates with property management, community partners, and program staff. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, a bachelor’s degree, and flexibility for evening and occasional weekend work.

Provides peer-based supportive services to young adults and families, including needs assessments, individualized goal support, life-skills instruction, referrals, community engagement, tenant organizing, documentation, and aftercare. Uses recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction approaches while helping tenants build support networks and transition toward independent housing.

Provides light-touch social services and case management to formerly homeless seniors in supportive housing. Conducts needs assessments, develops support plans, coordinates benefits and community services, advocates for tenants, maintains records, performs home visits, supports crisis intervention, facilitates tenant activities, and collaborates with property management and healthcare partners to help residents age in place.

Provides executive leadership for RiseBoro’s Empowerment Division, overseeing homelessness prevention, rehousing, tenant support, benefits access, workforce development, and economic mobility programs. Owns operational performance, budgets, compliance, data systems, technology modernization, continuous improvement, partnerships, fundraising support, and talent development. Leads multi-site government-funded programs, establishes performance dashboards and targets, improves service pathways, and represents the organization with funders, agencies, and community stakeholders.

Provides housing assistance and holistic case management to households at risk of homelessness. Develops and monitors service plans, coordinates support services, evaluates client progress, prepares subsidy applications, provides referrals to benefits and community resources, protects participant rights, and maintains accurate case records.

Delivers meals, food packages, supplies, and program materials to homebound clients and partner sites. Assists with meal packaging, records deliveries and client contributions, reports client status changes, and moves food and supplies. Requires independent work, walking long distances, climbing stairs, English communication, map-reading and navigation skills, and concern for older adults. A driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Conducts needs assessments, supports service-plan goals, teaches independent living and coping skills, connects tenants with community resources, documents services, and coordinates tenant engagement activities. Provide strategic and operational leadership for a school-based COMPASS afterschool program, ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, staff recruitment and supervision, inclusion and mental health supports, family and school partnerships, data-driven continuous improvement, and successful contract performance.

Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of after-school youth programming for middle and high school participants. Recruit and retain youth, design age-appropriate recreation and enrichment activities, supervise staff and off-site trips, maintain attendance and incident records, partner with schools and community organizations, and ensure safety, compliance, and positive youth development outcomes.

Designs and implements educational curriculum for elementary/middle school participants, coaches and trains instructional staff, conducts classroom observations, delivers professional development, and assesses program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with youth development, SEL, Common Core, literacy, and STEM standards.

Supervise and coordinate Meals-on-Wheels drivers and deliverers, manage daily staffing and vehicle operations, ensure fleet maintenance and compliance, audit routes, liaise with caterers, handle incidents and reporting, and develop systems for vehicle standards and training.

Manage Learn & Earn program placement and monitoring: lead work readiness training, coordinate participant and worksite orientation, maintain records and timesheets, enter data into DYCD database, support case management with career/college counseling, and ensure worksites meet program standards.

Oversee all aspects of Beacon afterschool and summer programs: ensure participant safety, supervise staff, manage budgets, meet funder/licensing requirements (DYCD, DOH, OCFS), handle outreach/enrollment, prepare reports, and maintain program compliance and performance targets.

Supervise and support youth participants during program hours, provide homework assistance, plan and implement academic enrichment and recreational activities, foster positive youth development and behavior management, maintain safe activity spaces, and participate in required professional development and site procedures. Part-time role (15-20 hours/week) across multiple Brooklyn locations.

The Paralegal provides legal support to attorneys, assists with case management, conducts legal research, and advocates for clients facing housing issues.

The Staff Attorney will provide legal representation to marginalized Brooklyn residents facing housing-related issues, including evictions and tenant harassment, while engaging with community services and conducting workshops on tenant rights.

The Employer Relations Specialist develops employer partnerships, enhances client job opportunities, tracks placement outcomes, and collaborates with teams to drive employment success.
