Designs and implements educational curriculum for elementary/middle school participants, coaches and trains instructional staff, conducts classroom observations, delivers professional development, and assesses program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with youth development, SEL, Common Core, literacy, and STEM standards.

Coordinate services for program participants to prevent homelessness, executing service plans and monitoring their progress while providing necessary referrals and support.

Manage Learn & Earn program placement and monitoring: lead work readiness training, coordinate participant and worksite orientation, maintain records and timesheets, enter data into DYCD database, support case management with career/college counseling, and ensure worksites meet program standards.
