Provide holistic case management and housing assistance to households at risk of shelter entry. Develop and monitor service plans, coordinate referrals and community supports, prepare subsidy documentation, maintain accurate case records, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure long-term housing stability and client rights protection.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Friendly Visiting Program, assists with volunteer recruitment and screening, conducts client/volunteer follow-ups, performs data entry and recordkeeping, supports outreach and volunteer recognition events, and helps collect units of service.

Oversee a portfolio of school-based afterschool sites, supervising and coaching Program Directors to ensure program quality, contract compliance, fiscal oversight, staff development, site operations, and partnership management. Lead continuous improvement, audits, data analysis, and new site launches while contributing to subdivision-wide strategy and organizational learning.
