Provide case management and advocacy for formerly homeless residents across RiseBoro multi-family buildings. Conduct home visits, benefits assistance, outreach, crisis intervention, goal planning, recordkeeping, and coordination with community partners and building management to ensure housing stability and access to services.

The Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator supports approximately 20-25 households by providing care services, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating tenant engagement while ensuring access to benefits.

The Vice President of Human Resources leads HR operations, implements strategic goals, oversees recruitment, and manages talent and performance programs while ensuring legal compliance and promoting staff engagement.
