Conduct full-cycle recruitment for RiseBoro, including sourcing, resume screening, phone and virtual interviews, candidate shortlisting, offer letter preparation, and hiring manager collaboration. Build candidate pipelines through job boards, community events, college fairs, and other sourcing channels. Support the Lead Recruiter, develop recruiting strategies, maintain compliance with employment laws, and provide administrative recruitment support.

The Paralegal provides legal support to attorneys, assists with case management, conducts legal research, and advocates for clients facing housing issues.

The Staff Attorney will provide legal representation to marginalized Brooklyn residents facing housing-related issues, including evictions and tenant harassment, while engaging with community services and conducting workshops on tenant rights.
