Supervise a team of employment consultants while carrying a small caseload (5–10 people). Oversee hiring, training, case assignment, documentation accuracy, intakes, and troubleshoot funding/service authorization. Build community partnerships, support competitive community job placements, and assist Program Manager with program oversight across Anoka and Hennepin County.

Provide case management and person-centered support for up to 45 individuals in day service settings. Develop goals, coordinate team meetings, manage authorizations and documentation, train staff, provide direct support one day weekly, and transport clients as needed.

Provide job development, placement, and on-the-job coaching for people facing employment barriers. Build employer relationships, create personalized job plans, support retention and workplace accommodations, maintain documentation and billing records, collaborate with support teams, and travel frequently within the service area. Level 2 requires additional experience, degree or equivalent, and ability to manage higher caseloads.
