Provide pre-placement, placement, training, and ongoing employment support to Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard-of-Hearing Minnesotans. Conduct job coaching, employer engagement, resume/interview prep, accommodations advocacy, caseload management, and community-based supports using person-centered, trauma-informed approaches. Travel frequently to meet clients and employers and document services in electronic case management systems.

Provide job development, placement, and on-the-job coaching for people with barriers to employment. Build employer relationships, create individualized job plans, assist with resumes and interviews, advocate for accommodations, maintain documentation and billing, and travel frequently within the service area. Role may be Level 1 or Level 2 depending on experience and education.
