Supervise daily operations of a disability-focused Day Support program, including activities, direct support staff, service outcomes, regulatory compliance, hiring, evaluations, staffing coverage, and interdisciplinary communication. The role ensures services meet CARF standards and Minnesota 245D requirements while supporting person-centered goals for individuals with medical, physical, and cognitive challenges.

Partners with individuals and employers to develop meaningful employment opportunities. Provides job search assistance, resume and interview support, job coaching, workplace accommodations, and retention follow-up. Collaborates with case managers and support teams, maintains documentation and billing records, and travels frequently throughout the service area. Level 2 responsibilities include managing higher caseloads and more complex employment supports.
