Maintains HR data integrity in HRIS and LMS systems, processes employee updates, supports audits, handles employment verifications, completes I-9 documentation, maintains confidential files, generates payroll and HR reports, and assists with projects. This temporary hybrid role supports the Human Resources and Payroll teams and may be filled as an HR Assistant or HR Intern.

Provide job development, placement, and on-the-job coaching for people with barriers to employment. Build employer relationships, create individualized job plans, assist with resumes and interviews, advocate for accommodations, maintain documentation and billing, and travel frequently within the service area. Role may be Level 1 or Level 2 depending on experience and education.
