Provide pre-placement, placement, training, and long-term employment support to Minnesotans who are Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard of Hearing. Conduct job coaching, employer outreach, resume/interview prep, accommodations advocacy, case documentation, and partner with schools and community programs. Travel in community up to 75% and offer hybrid/virtual support as needed.

Supervise a team of employment consultants while carrying a small caseload (5–10 people). Oversee hiring, training, case assignment, documentation accuracy, intakes, and troubleshoot funding/service authorization. Build community partnerships, support competitive community job placements, and assist Program Manager with program oversight across Anoka and Hennepin County.

Provide case management and person-centered support for up to 45 individuals in day service settings. Develop goals, coordinate team meetings, manage authorizations and documentation, train staff, provide direct support one day weekly, and transport clients as needed.
