Greets and checks in patients, collects information and fees, escorts patients to exam rooms, maintains clinic cleanliness, manages calls and voicemail, schedules appointments, prepares charts, and performs front-desk administrative tasks while providing a warm patient experience.

Provide Level 3 IT support and escalation management for clinics across the United States. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, Windows and macOS endpoint management, RMM/MDM deployment, EDR alert response, cloud VoIP and telephony administration, network troubleshooting, clinical platform support, documentation, and mentoring junior technicians. The role manages Zendesk tickets against SLAs and supports clinic integrations, migrations, and urgent incidents.

Supports providers and patients in a medical aesthetics clinic by preparing patients and treatment rooms, assisting with cosmetic procedures, recording patient information, providing education and follow-up, maintaining infection-control standards, sterilizing instruments, and supporting inventory and administrative operations. The role also recommends skincare products and services while delivering strong customer service and protecting patient confidentiality.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a luxury plastic surgery practice. Manage social media, content creation, photography and videography, digital advertising, email campaigns, website updates, promotions, influencer partnerships, events, and online reputation. Analyze campaign performance, increase patient bookings and membership sales, and collaborate with providers and leadership to maintain brand consistency and support business growth.

Provides direct patient care in a medical aesthetics setting, including examinations, diagnosis, injectable procedures, cosmetic light and energy-based treatments, follow-up care, documentation in the EMR, patient education, and aftercare counseling. Maintains safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and professional competency while supporting patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic operations.

Plan and execute in-clinic events and community partnerships to drive patient engagement and new client conversions. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, signage, and follow-up. Build B2B local partnerships, represent the brand at events, and develop referral, VIP, and loyalty programs. Track event attendance, leads, and program performance to recommend improvements and enhance patient retention.

Provide comprehensive aesthetic patient care from consultation through surgery and post-op follow-up. Perform a full range of cosmetic procedures (face, breast, body), manage pre-op and post-op workflows, document patient records, prescribe medications, educate patients on risks and expectations, and contribute to clinical process improvements and team mentorship.

Provide comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive surgical care including consultations, pre/post-operative management, wound care, and a range of cosmetic and trauma surgeries. Participate in on-call rotation at Munson Medical Center, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with clinic staff to improve policies and clinical processes while pursuing practice growth and potential partnership.

Perform aesthetic plastic surgery and provide exceptional patient-centered pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced surgical and non-surgical technologies, participate in ongoing education, and help build a patient base with marketing support from the clinic network.
