Serve as the clinic’s front desk representative by greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating provider calendars, managing calls and texts, handling cancellations and payments, supporting patient flow, addressing concerns, and promoting treatments and products. Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for 10–15 medical aesthetic clinics. Responsibilities include campaign setup, bid and budget optimization, audience management, creative rotation, search-term monitoring, pacing, performance reporting, structured testing, and translating campaign results into clear insights for internal teams and clinic partners. The role collaborates with marketing strategy and growth leadership in a hands-on hybrid Montreal office environment.

Gère quotidiennement les campagnes Google Ads et Meta Ads pour 10 à 15 cliniques. Conçoit, lance, optimise et surveille les campagnes, budgets, enchères, audiences, créations et mots-clés. Analyse les indicateurs de performance comme le CPA, CPL, CTR et ROAS, produit des rapports clairs et formule des recommandations. Participe à des expérimentations à l’échelle du réseau et collabore avec les équipes de stratégie marketing pour mettre en œuvre les plans de campagne.

Serve as primary patient contact for aesthetic treatments: manage scheduling, optimize provider calendars, handle check-in/check-out and payments, communicate with clinical staff, maintain EMR records and inventory, support front office operations, and perform outreach to fill cancellations.

Plan and execute in-clinic events and community partnerships to drive patient engagement and new client conversions. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, signage, and follow-up. Build B2B local partnerships, represent the brand at events, and develop referral, VIP, and loyalty programs. Track event attendance, leads, and program performance to recommend improvements and enhance patient retention.

Provide comprehensive aesthetic patient care from consultation through surgery and post-op follow-up. Perform a full range of cosmetic procedures (face, breast, body), manage pre-op and post-op workflows, document patient records, prescribe medications, educate patients on risks and expectations, and contribute to clinical process improvements and team mentorship.

Provide comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive surgical care including consultations, pre/post-operative management, wound care, and a range of cosmetic and trauma surgeries. Participate in on-call rotation at Munson Medical Center, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with clinic staff to improve policies and clinical processes while pursuing practice growth and potential partnership.

Greet and check in/out patients, schedule and coordinate appointments, process payments and billing paperwork, maintain patient records, promote services and products, answer phones and emails, support daily office operations and assist clinical staff.

Provide front-line patient care and clinical support in a medspa: prepare patients and treatment rooms, obtain histories and vitals, assist providers during aesthetic procedures (including lasers and biopsies), document in EMR, deliver post-treatment education and follow-up, maintain infection-control and sterilization, support inventory and retail recommendations, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Perform aesthetic plastic surgery and provide exceptional patient-centered pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced surgical and non-surgical technologies, participate in ongoing education, and help build a patient base with marketing support from the clinic network.
