Analyze campaign performance, increase patient bookings and membership sales, and collaborate with providers and leadership to maintain brand consistency and support business growth.

Provides direct patient care in a medical aesthetics setting, including examinations, diagnosis, injectable procedures, cosmetic light and energy-based treatments, follow-up care, documentation in the EMR, patient education, and aftercare counseling. Maintains safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and professional competency while supporting patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic operations.

Serve as the clinic’s front desk representative by greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating provider calendars, managing calls and texts, handling cancellations and payments, supporting patient flow, addressing concerns, and promoting treatments and products. Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for 10–15 medical aesthetic clinics. Responsibilities include campaign setup, bid and budget optimization, audience management, creative rotation, search-term monitoring, pacing, performance reporting, structured testing, and translating campaign results into clear insights for internal teams and clinic partners. The role collaborates with marketing strategy and growth leadership in a hands-on hybrid Montreal office environment.

Gère quotidiennement les campagnes Google Ads et Meta Ads pour 10 à 15 cliniques. Conçoit, lance, optimise et surveille les campagnes, budgets, enchères, audiences, créations et mots-clés. Analyse les indicateurs de performance comme le CPA, CPL, CTR et ROAS, produit des rapports clairs et formule des recommandations. Participe à des expérimentations à l’échelle du réseau et collabore avec les équipes de stratégie marketing pour mettre en œuvre les plans de campagne.

Plan and execute in-clinic events and community partnerships to drive patient engagement and new client conversions. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, signage, and follow-up. Track event attendance, leads, and program performance to recommend improvements and enhance patient retention.

Participate in on-call rotation at Munson Medical Center, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with clinic staff to improve policies and clinical processes while pursuing practice growth and potential partnership.

Perform aesthetic plastic surgery and provide exceptional patient-centered pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced surgical and non-surgical technologies, participate in ongoing education, and help build a patient base with marketing support from the clinic network.
