Manage the AI Platform Engineering team and own the GSmart AI platform roadmap and delivery. Leads large, cross-functional technical programs across product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include setting strategy, reducing delivery risks, coordinating testing and releases, creating technical decision frameworks, improving operational excellence, building progress dashboards, and aligning stakeholders. The role requires technical leadership, data-driven decision-making, consensus building, and experience delivering sophisticated enterprise technology programs in payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain environments.

Lead product strategy and execution for payments and on-chain financial capabilities on the XRP Ledger. Manage and scale global employee giving and volunteering programs, administer CSR platform, coordinate volunteer events and nonprofit partnerships, drive internal engagement through communications, track and report participation metrics, and travel to regional offices (20-25%).

Lead data science across product and business areas, developing measurement frameworks, metrics, causal inference methods, forecasting models, and statistical analyses. Partner with product and business leaders on roadmap and growth decisions, apply AI and agentic workflows to accelerate analytics, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and mentor other data scientists.

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise treasury accounts across EMEA, driving product adoption, retention, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with treasury and finance executives, run QBRs, analyze customer value, identify churn risks, develop account strategies, promote product adoption, resolve complex issues, advocate for customer needs internally, support events and references, improve Customer Success processes, and mentor teammates.

Manage Ripple’s global privacy program, including data subject requests, data mapping, privacy impact assessments, policies, regulatory implementation, training, metrics, reporting, and privacy tools. Support global privacy initiatives across US, EU, UK, and international regimes, review privacy contract terms, and assist Regulatory Compliance with licensing, resilience, and outsourcing matters.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage strategic accounts and quarterly business reviews, represent customer needs internally, attend industry events, and travel frequently throughout Latin America.

Manage global treasury operations, including cash flow transactions, entity funding, reconciliations, liquidity, digital asset payments, stablecoin operations, bank accounts, compliance, and corporate payments. Oversee bank and exchange relationships, user access, treasury management systems, bank data feeds, and audit support. Support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives while partnering with Tax, Legal, Accounting, Trading, and Financial Services teams.

Own social media strategy, editorial calendars, content creation, community engagement, and channel governance for Ripple and XRP across major platforms. Develop platform-native copy, video, motion graphics, and campaigns; coordinate with Comms, Legal, Policy, Brand, and Product Marketing; support executive social presence; monitor trends and conversations; manage creative partners; and analyze performance to improve reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions.

Support digital asset and crypto/fiat trading by pricing and quoting trades, handling RFQs, developing client relationships, and converting sales activity into trading flow. Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identify anomalies, and help maintain rigorous, collaborative trading operations.

Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewals. Partners with implementation, account management, and customer success teams to align contract terms with business needs.
