Perform sanctions, watchlist, and negative-news screening; analyze public data; identify information gaps; document findings; recommend remediation; and communicate risks to compliance stakeholders. Complete periodic reviews based on customer risk scores and support ad hoc due diligence projects while ensuring compliance with AML, OFAC, BSA, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and manage large-scale distributed payment systems using Java and related technologies. Build scalable enterprise applications supporting rapid cross-border settlement, participate in requirements gathering and the full software development lifecycle, implement test-driven development, maintain high code coverage, and manage continuous integration pipelines. Collaborate with product, legal, business development, and engineering teams to deliver performant end-to-end solutions.

Drive regional growth for Ripple’s payments, custody, XRP Ledger infrastructure, stablecoin, and real-world asset tokenization offerings across the Middle East and Africa. Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, exchanges, enterprises, and crypto companies. Lead complex deals from sourcing through negotiation and implementation, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage partner relationships, and represent Ripple at industry events.
