Teams at Ripple

Manage global treasury operations, including cash flows, entity funding, bank reconciliations, digital asset liquidity, stablecoin operations, payments, account administration, audit support, and bank relationships. Support treasury management system implementation, automation initiatives, compliance reporting, access management, and cross-functional financial processes.

Manage Ripple’s relationships with major enterprise financial institution clients, serving as the primary contact for retention, satisfaction, growth, and commercial expansion. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conduct business reviews, address client concerns, negotiate terms, consolidate feedback for product teams, and represent Ripple at industry events. The role requires extensive account management experience in financial services, digital assets or payments expertise, blockchain knowledge, and strong Salesforce proficiency.

Lead the Trust Platform product strategy and roadmap, defining reusable controls, integrations, APIs, and review workflows for regulated markets. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and product teams to translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable product decisions. Build bank-grade, auditable capabilities while balancing flexibility, control, and future jurisdictional needs.
