Lead design and delivery of Ripple's AI platform (GSmart). Own roadmap, enable product teams, operate production AI systems, hire and mentor engineers, contribute to architecture and full-stack code.

Lead a greenfield engineering team to integrate Ripple digital asset capabilities into Ripple Treasury. Manage and mentor up to four full-stack .NET developers, design .NET backends and Angular/React frontends, ship iteratively via Kanban, collaborate with product, compliance, and core digital assets teams, and define engineering practices for reliability, security, and auditability.

Build and maintain cloud-native liquidity management platform features using Azure and .NET. Implement CI/CD, observability, and rigorous testing. Mentor engineers, drive technical design, participate in on-call rotation, and improve team practices to deliver scalable, resilient treasury solutions.
