Lead North America business development for RWA tokenization on the XRP Ledger. Source, structure, and close partnerships with asset managers, issuers, custodians, broker-dealers, tokenization platforms, and institutional DeFi venues. Drive collateral mobility and Ripple Capital Markets adoption, and coordinate joint opportunities with Ripple Prime to bring issuance, settlement, and post-trade workflows on-chain.

Lead Brazilian and BACEN GAAP reporting, regulatory filings (COSIF), month/quarter/year close, variance analysis, and management reporting. Drive finance transformation and automation, localize product reporting, coordinate with external advisors, support Accounting/Treasury/Operations, manage outsourced services, and deliver ad-hoc projects across jurisdictions.

Design and develop components of Ripple's identity platform, focusing on authentication and authorisation, while using AI tools. Lead projects and collaborate with teams.
