Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewals. Partners with implementation, account management, and customer success teams to align contract terms with business needs. Maintains templates, policies, records, and contract systems while identifying risks and improving governance. Supports stakeholders with contractual guidance, participates in business reviews, and contributes to revenue growth and client satisfaction through efficient contract management.

Leads the multi-year architecture and technical direction of Ripple’s financial crimes compliance control plane. Designs resilient, high-throughput distributed systems for real-time screening, transaction monitoring, vendor failover, auditability, observability, and regulatory compliance. Drives standards and adoption across engineering teams, partners with executive, compliance, legal, and product leaders, represents technical decisions to auditors and regulators, mentors senior engineers, and establishes production reliability practices.

Owns derivative accounting and hedge accounting for multiple client portfolios under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Responsibilities include hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation methodologies, audit support, client communication, and translating new FASB and IASB guidance. The role also strengthens internal accounting methodologies and technical guidance.
