Provide high-level administrative support to two executives: manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, book travel, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, organize team events, and process executive expense reports to ensure smooth operations.

Own enterprise treasury customer outcomes for Ripple Treasury solutions: drive adoption, retention, and expansion by building executive relationships, creating Value & Success Plans, scaling lifecycle programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable financial results.

Lead OTC sales for the Americas by originating institutional clients, driving the full sales cycle across spot, derivatives, and liquidity products, and closing quota-bearing deals. Act as primary interface to Ripple's trading desk, translate client needs into executable trades, shape product/pricing via market feedback, maintain pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene, and represent Ripple at industry events and client meetings.
