Drive Trading and Markets initiatives focused on Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin, tokenization, decentralized finance, and on-chain market dynamics. Analyze traditional and digital asset markets, develop strategic recommendations, monitor performance, support liquidity and governance, and manage relationships with market makers and development partners. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong financial markets knowledge, analytical ability, and expertise in digital assets, FX, commodities, or fixed income.

Leads Ripple’s hedge accounting managed services practice across FX and interest rate risk. Owns client delivery, quality, staffing, capacity planning, KPIs, workflows, technical standards, and escalations. Manages accounting leaders and derivative accountants, drives AI and automation adoption, partners with Product on roadmap development, supports client expansion, and maintains expertise in ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Builds executive client relationships and represents the practice across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Renewals.

Drive new business acquisition for Ripple Treasury by winning corporate clients, developing territory pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires consultative SaaS sales expertise, enterprise account navigation, outbound pipeline generation, competitive positioning, treasury industry knowledge, event participation, and collaboration with sales leadership. Travel of 25–50% and at least 10 in-office days monthly are expected.
