Edit and produce videos for campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling. Responsibilities include end-to-end editing, color correction, audio synchronization, graphics, animations, platform-specific formatting, asset organization, timeline management, and collaboration with creative, performance, and social media teams. The role requires maintaining quality and deadlines while applying current video trends and optimizing content for engagement.

Create digital, print, branding, and campaign designs across multiple client brands. Translate briefs into polished, brand-consistent outputs, adapt designs across platforms, manage version control, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with visual and cross-functional teams, contribute to creative reviews, and mentor junior designers while maintaining quality and visual consistency at scale.

Manage key client accounts from planning through execution, maintaining strong relationships, coordinating cross-functional creative and marketing teams, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget. Translate client needs into actionable briefs, present strategies and performance reports, resolve concerns, identify upselling opportunities, support account profitability, and mentor client servicing executives.

Identifies and qualifies prospects, conducts outbound outreach, schedules meetings, prepares tailored proposals and pitches, and nurtures opportunities through the sales pipeline. Collaborates with creative, strategy, and account teams to match client needs with agency solutions. Tracks lead-generation and conversion metrics, researches market trends and competitors, and represents the agency in client meetings and marketing events.

Develop and manage platform-specific social media strategies, content calendars, and original copy across brands. Analyze performance data, audience behavior, trends, and algorithm changes to optimize content and results. Manage client relationships, coordinate timelines and feedback, and collaborate with design and performance teams to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned social content.
