Manage group and meetings sales for Rio Las Vegas by prospecting, soliciting, negotiating, and closing hotel business. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site inspections, coordinating event turnovers, supporting on-site groups, meeting sales quotas, and maximizing room-night and catering revenue. Occasional domestic travel and nights or weekends may be required.

Supervise revenue audit clerks and review gaming and non-gaming revenue audits for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to Minimum Internal Controls. Investigate and reconcile variances, coordinate with other departments, prepare schedules, oversee shift operations, maintain records, support MICS reporting, train team members, and provide performance feedback. The role requires casino revenue audit experience, strong mathematical and communication skills, computer proficiency, scheduling flexibility, and a Nevada Gaming License.

Oversee daily stewarding operations across multiple Food and Beverage outlets, including inventory, banquet and catering support, cleaning schedules, chemical safety, sanitation, ordering, team supervision, training, customer service, and operational performance. The role supervises a Stewarding Supervisor and hourly team members while maintaining service, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Supervise and support Cage Cashier/Player Services staff, oversee loyalty program enrollment and promotions, train employees, handle guest issues, verify transactions and bank balances, ensure compliance with Title 31 and company policies, and maintain departmental documentation and staffing.

The General Counsel oversees legal services, including contract negotiation, compliance, risk management, and external legal counsel management for the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
