Leads FP&A and corporate development activities, including investment underwriting, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, post-acquisition planning, capital budgeting, performance tracking, and executive and board reporting. The role evaluates gaming, hospitality, and real estate opportunities, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and consultants, manages strategic initiatives, and supports development partnerships and ad hoc analysis.

Manage group and meetings sales for Rio Las Vegas by prospecting, soliciting, negotiating, and closing hotel business. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site inspections, coordinating event turnovers, supporting on-site groups, meeting sales quotas, and maximizing room-night and catering revenue. Occasional domestic travel and nights or weekends may be required.

Supervise revenue audit clerks and review gaming and non-gaming revenue audits for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to Minimum Internal Controls. Investigate and reconcile variances, coordinate with other departments, prepare schedules, oversee shift operations, maintain records, support MICS reporting, train team members, and provide performance feedback. The role requires casino revenue audit experience, strong mathematical and communication skills, computer proficiency, scheduling flexibility, and a Nevada Gaming License.
