The General Counsel oversees legal services, including contract negotiation, compliance, risk management, and external legal counsel management for the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

Support casino marketing as a brand ambassador by assisting with event planning and execution, greeting guests, managing vendor access, handling inventory and event logistics, preparing materials and purchase orders, supporting promotions and compliance (Title-31), and performing related duties.

Provide sales administrative support for Rio Las Vegas: prepare proposals, contracts, and addendums; maintain CRM/database; arrange site inspections and travel; track expenses; create sales collateral and reports; answer phones; coordinate file turnover to operations; and support sales leadership and team training.
