The role partners with plant, project, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability and cost-effective production support.

Leads capital purchasing, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contracting, vendor development, and supplier performance management. Partners with plant and operations leaders to align technical and production requirements, deploy purchasing strategies, monitor budgets and savings, and improve procurement processes. Sources cost-saving consumables, ensures timely material availability, oversees the purchasing department, and develops departmental policies and procedures.

Develops and implements health and safety policies, monitors regulatory compliance, conducts workplace inspections and audits, investigates incidents, delivers employee training, reports safety and environmental performance, tracks regulatory developments, and advises employees and management on safety matters.

Monitor and control plant systems from the Central Control Room using DCS/SCADA and PLC systems. Optimize process parameters, respond to alarms, troubleshoot deviations, coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams, maintain operational logs, support safety and SOP compliance, and participate in shift handovers. The role requires rotating-shift availability and calm handling of emergency situations.

Oversee daily clay processing operations, production schedules, team leadership, quality control, process improvement, safety compliance, reporting, and equipment maintenance coordination. The supervisor leads operators and technicians, ensures product specifications and production targets are met, promotes workplace safety, troubleshoots operational issues, and implements efficiency improvements to reduce waste.

Oversee QA/QC laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment, including wet analysis, titration, ICP testing, equipment calibration, quality systems, ISO documentation, NABL compliance, audits, CAPA management, root-cause analysis, and customer complaint resolution. Lead and train laboratory staff, enforce safety and regulatory standards, prepare quality reports, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong chemical analysis expertise, laboratory leadership, and experience maintaining manufacturing quality standards.
