Teams at Rinse

Work evening operations to dispatch drivers, troubleshoot deliveries, ensure order accuracy and quality, run mobile truck warehouse, coordinate with Customer Care and Operations, and develop/implement procedures to streamline Bay Area operations.

Drive 16' and 26' box trucks to manage daily laundry pickups and transfers, scan and load orders, support warehouse delivery preparation, stage and inventory orders, communicate via Slack, and represent the company professionally while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Own day-to-day delivery and cleaning operations at a local warehouse: perform quality and inventory checks, support delivery drivers, resolve customer issues with Customer Care, identify operational improvements, and occasionally drive routes.
