Work evening operations to dispatch drivers, troubleshoot deliveries, ensure order accuracy and quality, run mobile truck warehouse, coordinate with Customer Care and Operations, and develop/implement procedures to streamline Bay Area operations.

Own day-to-day delivery and cleaning operations at a local warehouse: perform quality and inventory checks, support delivery drivers, resolve customer issues with Customer Care, identify operational improvements, and occasionally drive routes.

Execute local delivery and cleaning operations in New York: perform quality and inventory checks, support and troubleshoot delivery drivers (Valets), assist customer care, report operational issues, and occasionally drive routes. Work evening shifts and help implement process improvements as the market scales.
