Develop and refactor server-side C++ components for a high-scale, low-latency distributed adtech platform. Design, implement and test performant algorithms, work with Docker/Kubernetes, databases, Kafka and IDLs, and provide advanced support and ongoing improvements across design, deployment, and operations.

Lead AI-driven fullstack development by orchestrating agentic workflows to scaffold, build, test, and deploy TypeScript/Node.js features on AWS. Own IaC with AWS CDK, ensure type-safety, security, and performance, troubleshoot deep Node.js and AWS IAM issues, and prototype AI-augmented workflows for scalable marketplace features.

Lead end-to-end QA and test automation across backend, API, and UI layers. Build scalable test frameworks, automate CI/CD pipelines, create scripts/tools (Python/Bash), perform manual and exploratory testing where needed, and embed quality practices with engineers and product teams to improve delivery speed and reliability.

Design, implement, and maintain backend services for transactional data processing, fee calculation, payouts, and financial analytics. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, promote security-first and documentation practices, improve team processes, and support knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
