Develop and refactor server-side C++ components for a high-scale, low-latency distributed adtech platform. Design, implement and test performant algorithms, work with Docker/Kubernetes, databases, Kafka and IDLs, and provide advanced support and ongoing improvements across design, deployment, and operations.

Lead AI-driven fullstack development by orchestrating agentic workflows to scaffold, build, test, and deploy TypeScript/Node.js features on AWS. Design, implement, and maintain backend services for transactional data processing, fee calculation, payouts, and financial analytics. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, promote security-first and documentation practices, improve team processes, and support knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Design, own, and optimize scalable search and retrieval architecture. Implement vector, keyword, and hybrid search with ranking/reranking, embeddings, indexing, and metadata strategies. Build retrieval evaluation (golden datasets, human evaluation, automated metrics), diagnose data and ranking issues, and balance quality, latency, cost, and complexity.
