Designs and develops AI-powered applications and workflows, integrates AI with Azure and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and optimizes solutions for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborates with business teams to identify automation opportunities, supports analytics initiatives, monitors emerging AI technologies, and trains users on Microsoft Copilot and related tools.

Manages an assigned customer account base primarily by telephone, conducting at least 100 calls weekly. Qualifies prospects, opens new accounts, maintains customer information, supports demonstrations and quoting, and develops equipment, parts, service, and rental leads. Promotes dealership offerings, forwards larger sales opportunities to outside representatives, maintains call reports, and builds strong customer and internal relationships while meeting territory and revenue goals.

Drives sales growth for Advanced Electrical Services within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer relationships and accounts, providing technical and educational support, developing territory plans and forecasts, tracking opportunities in CRM, and serving as the primary customer contact for Caterpillar technology applications. Provides technical support for Caterpillar equipment issues, maintaining communication between dealerships, customers, suppliers, and the OEM. Distributes product support and warranty updates, conducts field and shop audits, performs failure analysis investigations, and prepares accurate reports. Advises management on product development concerns, mentors and trains team members, supports special projects, and independently resolves complex technical problems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reviews mechanical and electromechanical designs, develops and maintains standard work, evaluates technologies for product and process development, and supports manufacturing improvements. Coordinates vendor activities, maintains compliance with applicable standards, and collaborates with process engineers, design engineers, and shop technicians. The role requires analytical problem solving, planning, teamwork, communication, and occasional hands-on work with hand tools.
