Manages Phoenix products projects from technical evaluation and quotation through equipment ordering, purchasing, vendor coordination, and production oversight. Maintains margins through value engineering and effective procurement, evaluates new products, supervises and trains production employees, maintains pricing and specification records, and leads status meetings with sales, management, and customers. Requires strong planning, communication, analytical problem-solving, fiscal accountability, and adaptability.

Serves as the customer-facing technology subject matter expert, promoting Caterpillar telematics, condition monitoring, inspection, and emerging technology products. Trains internal and external users on VisionLink, supports mixed-fleet telematics solutions, recommends Product Link devices, assists with Cat Inspect implementation, supports Trimble systems, and helps teams understand available technology. Requires 5–7 years of sales experience with emphasis on product support, strong computer skills, communication abilities, and a high school diploma.

Designs and develops AI-powered applications and workflows, integrates AI with Azure and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and optimizes solutions for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborates with business teams to identify automation opportunities, supports analytics initiatives, monitors emerging AI technologies, and trains users on Microsoft Copilot and related tools.
