Support GIS tasks for energy, utility, infrastructure, and environmental projects by managing and validating geospatial datasets, producing maps and interactive web GIS deliverables, performing spatial analyses, configuring Esri field tools, integrating GIS/CAD data, troubleshooting GIS/GPS tools, and supporting workflow improvements using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

Provide as-needed field biological surveys and compliance monitoring for desert tortoise and other special-status species across the Mojave/Eastern Sierra region. Senior staff provide technical direction, permitting support, and mentorship. Work requires rugged fieldwork, regulatory familiarity, and accurate technical documentation.

Administer and standardize Microsoft 365 E5 tenant configuration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Fabric); implement security and compliance controls (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, privileged access); enable AI safely; document standards and runbooks; coordinate with MSPs and vendors; improve governance, automation, and operational maturity to reduce risk and external dependencies.

Lead design and execution of compensation and benefits programs, including pay equity analyses, salary structures, incentives, benefits administration, vendor management, compliance, HRIS-driven analytics, and clear employee communications to support attraction, retention, and organizational growth.

Manage environmental compliance for large utility and infrastructure projects across California. Oversee pre-construction surveys, construction monitoring, and post-construction compliance; lead field teams and QA/QC processes; serve as client and agency point of contact; coordinate scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to CEQA, NEPA, ESA, CWA, and related regulatory requirements.
